Do you have an investment ethos? Is there a portfolio company investment that exemplifies that ethos?
At the earliest stages, we are investing in visions for what the future could look like, and the people and stories behind them. At the same time, I am focused on identifying opportunities that have the potential to fundamentally transform major industries – be it solving an entirely unmet need or restructuring an antiquated process or workflow.
What do you love about working for Bain Capital Ventures?
I’m continuously impressed by my talented colleagues at BCV. I feel so lucky to work with, and learn from, such a curious and passionate team that is committed to creating lasting impact. The diversity of expertise within the team allows us to challenges ourselves to think differently, and bigger about the future.
What are your interests and passions outside of BCV?
I love to cook. At a young age, I would spend hours in the kitchen making “concoctions” for my family and friends — years later, they are thankfully still letting me test and share my new recipes. I love the creativity in cooking, and it gives me so much joy to share a good meal with family and friends.
